I always landed jobs where I did extensive writing. My favorite was when I volunteered to hold this fundraiser for children who were addicts and needed treatment. I wrote a proposal to host the event, got a professional songstress, a TV personality, and professionals to speak. Plus, a delicious lunch and dinner for $8 per person.

I’ve always had a lot to say, but no one would listen unless I was fighting for the underdog. So instead of talking, I decided to write and here I am.

Funny, I love art, especially, painting and sculpture. I am not a good painter, but I love color. Sometimes, when I write, I actually see the movie in my head playing and the intricate design and colors of things.

I love the family of writers that I have met and those that I only read. It's opened my mind and imagination up.
